VISA® On Line Account Services

VISA® offers free on line support for all of our cardholders through Direct Card Access. Once you have enrolled you will have access to the following services:

  • Make credit card payment online – free
  • View current and up to 7 past statements
  • View transactions that have posted since their last statement
  • Sign up to receive Priority Alert e-mails about their account
  • Download transactions into Quicken or MS Money
  • Transfer balances from other credit cards to their account online
  • Request a new PIN, a credit limit increase and extra checks
  • Send general inquiries, comments and billing disputes to Customer Service via e-mail
  • Update e-mail address and change Password
  • View FAQs, security information, our Privacy Policy and our Online Agreement

Our on line Representatives can assist you with questions regarding Direct Card Access. You will receive assistance with browser upgrades, site access, account information, site problems, and forgotten Passwords and User IDs. The representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (888) 467-2217.

You may also email us. Our on line representatives are actively working all e-mails and most e-mails will be answered within 2 hours of receipt. E-mails received after hours, weekends, and holidays will have a longer response time.
