VISA® Online Services
VISA® offers free online support for all of our cardholders through Direct Card Access. Once you have enrolled, you will have access to the following services
- Make credit card payments online for FREE
- View current and up to 7 past statements
- View transactions that have posted since your last statement
- Sign up to receive Priority Alert e-mails about your account
- Import activity into your financial software
- Transfer balances from other credit cards to your account online
- Request a new PIN, a credit limit increase, or extra checks
- Send general inquiries, comments, and billing disputes to Customer Service via e-mail
- Update e-mail address and change your password
- View online FAQ’s, security information, our Privacy Policy, and our Online Agreement

ATM & VISA® Debit Cards
First Federal offers both a traditional ATM card and the First Check Card for easy access to your checking account. The traditional ATM card can be used to access your First Federal checking account, Statement Savings account or Centennial Savings account.
The First Check Card can access these same accounts and is also a debit card that can be used at ATMs and anywhere VISA® is accepted. You can use this check card at the ATM for withdrawals or transfers. You must have a First Federal checking account to apply.
