With Remote Capture, you can save time by making deposits from the convenience of your office! Utilizing a check scanning device and our Remote Capture Service, you can electronically transmit your deposit to First Federal daily. A trained Relationship Banker will come to your office and walk you through the Remote Capture process for no additional charge!

Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card?

Please contact us Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST at (812) 492-8123, if your ATM or Visa Debit card is lost or stolen. After normal business hours, call (800) 554-8969. A fraud dispute form can also be filled out and emailed to ecommerce@fbei.net or dropped off at any of our locations. Please click here to access the form.

Therefore, we may call you to verify transactions and ask questions about your account. If you plan on using your ATM or debit card, please notify us of your destination and dates of travel at 866-492-8123 or by visiting one of our Banking Centers.
