With Remote Capture, you can save time by making deposits from the convenience of your office! Utilizing a check scanning device and our Remote Capture Service, you can electronically transmit your deposit to First Federal daily. A trained Relationship Banker will come to your office and walk you through the Remote Capture process for no additional charge!

At First Federal, we take extra precautions to protect your account. We monitor ATM and debit card transactions to protect you from fraud. Therefore, we may call you to verify transactions and ask questions about your account. Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card?

Please contact us Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST at (812) 492-8123, if your ATM or Visa Debit card is lost or stolen. After normal business hours, call (800) 554-8969. A fraud dispute form can also be filled out and emailed to ecommerce@fbei.net or dropped off at any of our locations. Please click here to access the form.
