Important Notification for Windows XP and Vista Users

As of June 15, 2017, due to enhanced security requirements, our online banking platform will no longer support connectivity with Windows XP and Vista Operating systems.  In order to access online banking, our customers currently utilizing either Windows XP or Vista will need to upgrade to a higher level version of Windows such as Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1, 10 prior to June 15, 2017.

The updated software requirements may affect your ability to access your estatements. If you wish to cancel eStatements and resume receipt of paper statements, you may do so by accessing Electronic Statements in your Online Banking Profile, selecting “Edit User Settings,” and changing your selection to Paper. You may also contact Deposit Operations at (866) 492-8123, or visit one of our convenient banking center locations for assistance. Continuing to access your estatements after receiving this notice is reaffirmation of your consent to receive your statements electronically.

After June 15, 2017, customers with Windows XP or Vista will be unable to access the online banking website.  Customers can continue to access our online banking module through our mobile application or other supported, compatible systems and browsers.   A detailed list of acceptable browsers and operating systems is included below.
