Two ways to access Mobile Banking:

 

Text/SMS Banking

Uses text messages to obtain account specific information. SMS works on all phones supporting text message commands. No application or data plans required .

Text 48179 and access your account information with the follow commands:

       BAL, BALANCE: account balance of your primary account

       HIST, STMT, TRAN: view the most recently posted transactions

       HELP: help provide information about Mobiliti keywords

       STOP, CANCEL: stop receiving Mobiliti alerts

 

App Download

Uses a downloadable mobile application to perform banking and payment transactions. Works on iPhone and Android devices.

Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card?

Please contact us Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST at (812) 492-8123, if your ATM or Visa Debit card is lost or stolen. After normal business hours, call (800) 554-8969.  You may also click here to access the online form, requesting to be contacted about your card. 

Traveling? Contact Us!

At First Federal, we take extra precautions to protect your account. We monitor ATM and debit card transactions to protect you from fraud. Therefore, we may call you to verify transactions and ask questions about your account. If you plan on using your ATM or debit card, please notify us of your destination and dates of travel at 866-492-8123 or by visiting one of our Banking Centers.
